These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Sella Cleaning Solutions Corp ("the Company"), located in New York City. By using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms. The Company offers a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to home cleaning (including kitchens, bathrooms, and carpet cleaning) and commercial cleaning (including stores, restaurants, and office spaces). Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the Company. We recommend booking services in advance to ensure availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Prices for services will be provided upon request and may vary based on the scope and location of the service. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and other specified payment options. The Company is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or inherent defects in items being cleaned. The Company carries liability insurance. In the event of damage, the client must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to the arrival of the cleaning team. The client must provide access to the property and ensure that the environment is safe for the cleaning staff. The Company uses eco-friendly cleaning products to minimize environmental impact. However, clients must inform the Company of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products prior to the service. The Company reserves the right to terminate services with a client if the conditions are deemed unsafe, if there is a failure to comply with these Terms, or if payment is not received. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of New York City.
